I think thats a great idea. I had just thought about this yesterday, having the states like buildings, where they have a damaged model/skin and a really damaged model/skin, have a gondor soldier with blood on his armor when hes damaged and then have a killed texture....like to see how this turns out.

Well i'm not even sure if it's the binding but that's the only thing I can think of. I got my easterling king and mounted easterlings + mounted rangers ingame almost perfectly animated but then alot of the other models when I bind them and then export, put it into the asset dat then do all that they just don't show up ingame. I don't know why, and my mounted rangers for some reason their horse is all white and you can see a HINT of the texture, old problem in BFME 1. I changed the model but dont' know why it still remains white.

Have you checked you used the same export settings for the ones that did work?

Arrows: Export Geometry, Export Transform, 2-Side >> From HNE So I guess you're right aswell Rhiea. Well, there are meshes and bones for arrows, so make sure you bind it to the arrow bone, not the bone nor the bowbone

From what I know you don't have to bind arrows at all... They mostly screw up if you bind it... It sort of binds itself, so leave it unbinded...
