Tell them that it is just as complicated as turning on your computer. All you have to do is press buttons

A lot of buttons, but oh well.

"Holy crap, there's too many buttons! And there are more on the site! And they lead to more buttons! Help I'm lost!"

When I first heard of mods, I heard other people saying not only will it mess up the game, but it's also cheating. Which I now know was a load of crap. There are a lot of false perceptions happening out there.

cheating huh cheating at what it improves the game there is a diferance between hacking and moding a game thats what i tell people or i just show them the mod in action then that shuts them up also some mods might have a keylogger in them so they can stell things watch out vanguard knows what your typing. ps (there is no keylogger in this mod vangaurd is a great mod leader and would never do that)

well people on difernt games say differnt things

eg generals online you say someone hav eyou played a mod
they say yes and its good

halo 2 a mod is a bad thing (well its a hack but they call it a mod) cause it gives you certain adabtges like speed auto fire etc etc
another reason why its a bad thing cause if they meet me there gonna shot in the head with a sniper rifle
even if they have a speed hack

A Halo mod can also make things crazy for everyone. There's one where not just the person with the mod, but EVERYONE has really tough armor, can fall as far as they want without getting hurt, sniper rifles fire explosive rounds, there are a couple of flying vehicles (edits of the Warthog and Ghost, vut VG or Penguin could have done a better job on them), and the pistol has a X2 and X10 scope and shoots rockets. Homing rockets.

Also, a few new weapons are added. There's a needler rifle that fires a single, really big needle and a laser gun that shoots scatter lasers like a shotgun.
