I downloaded BFME 2, and i can get to the title screen etc, and select the difficulty and bulid a hero or War of the ring, but when I try Skirmish or Campaign. It shuts off the program and does the "ERROR GAME.DAT/EXE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE< THE GAME WILL NOW CLOSE.
I am ticked off.
I bought the Collectors Edition
does this change anything

i had the same problem, its your video card, you probly have the not supported GeForce 4 MX video card the game wil not run on that

Most likely... And Legolas? USE PUNCUATION!!! I use plenty of it! It makes it so people can understand you better. It makes you look better. It takes, what, 10 seconds to add 4 periods? I can refer you to a GREAT thread on English Grammar if you would like...
