ok so i am trying to add in a cah power to gothmog since his carnage power does not work i want to add in howl of rage to him so i have added it to his commandset and it comes up and i can click it but nothing happens afterwards what must i do to get the power to work??

You have to add the special power module to the object itself, simply adding the button does nothing...which you already figured out obviously.

I know this, thanks to Solinx.
In INI.big, find object\createahero\createaheropowers.ini, and search for Howl of Rage level 1, 2 or 3. and copy the behavior into Gothmog's ini. Then add the upgrade into ExperienceLevels.ini and then add the Command to the CommandSet.
