That would be usefull to release. Then people could make their own loading screens.

Well Your engineer pack is very different to loading screens isn't it. To be honest i think people to be happy with what they've been given... if you want some more things doing, do it yourself...my recoloured engineers pack comes with my templates so you can recolour your own if you wanted to.
How did you think Lefthand leant how to do it? he didn't get someone to do it for him did he? no

Will I make a Allied Poland? Not at all.
Will I make a Yuri Russia? Absolutely not.
They are all improbable ideas and the time I pour into them wouldn’t yield much use for everyone else who is modifying the game.
I thought by now you’d notice the more insistent you beg for me to do something that goes beyond what I originally plan to do the more turned off I become from doing it. I honestly hate being harassed...it just isn't my style.
What I will do in the future, to address people wanting to create personalized or improbable country alliances, is release plain Allied, Soviet and Yuri loading screens for public use. That is once I am finished with everything else. Beyond that, it is up to you use them…just don’t come to me asking how it was exactly done.
I have already created a list of countries/alliances I will do in this forum plus I am adding some more in just for a filler. I think providing an additional +30 different countries is a very generous offer. Considering previous efforts have only produced extremely limited use.
But if he has the whole world in a map, it would save a lot of work to a lot of people. Plus, he'll get less annoying requests.
It is more then just "the whole world in a map", it is also about getting textures right, reducing pixilation, finding proper outlines and realistic shape alignment. In all, each one of these loading screens comes from about 30 different layers that are separated into 4-5 folders. Then each country has a layers style that has to be edited in order to match the rest. Then the PSP files has to be changed into a PNG file format. Sometimes, esp. with Allied loading screens, some of the colors are missing and then you have to open them in SHP builder and enter in similar looking colors.
I'd prefer to get these loading screens done right the first time instead of going back having to redo them or creating something someone will not use.
Understand?

Allied Poland improbable? Ahem Ahem.
Culturally, the Polish were more aligned with the West then the East. However the Red Alert map isn't a cultural reflection but more so a reflection of the territories of the two ideological hemispheres at the time. Poland was under the iron curtain of the USSR...for it not to be would be a distortion and improper.

Perfectly. But I was talking just about the map itself, not the rest of the work.

Then just look for wallpaper sized world maps on Google image. That is what I did and you'll get a better selection.

- All loading screens are saved under PNG instead of a SHP format. I didn’t see a point in making something into such a finalized format when it was going to be re-edited again. Saves me some time and yourself.
- No longer using the neighborhood method (it became to complex and problematic…there isn’t enough information to do Africa nor Europe).
- Total: 25 Soviet countries (African=8/Asian=6/Islamic=3/European=5/Americas=3) and 18 Allied countries (Americas=3/Asian=4/European=9/Oceania=2)
- All Allied and Soviet countries come with flags saved under the PCX file format.
- Samples
About fucking time…
