Also, if you check my information thread, I spent about half an hour composing lyrics to a song in there. I don't remember who gave me the idea about three weeks ago, but I finally got around to it and it sounds fairly good. They're not in the actual audio file yet though.

I suggest that all current technology, numbers and so forth be FIXED HERE AND NOW. No further development, and tech LOCKED.

During my time away tech and numbers will be locked, though.

Yeah...but I like tanks But seriously, would the profit be better to sell or mothball them?
Well seeing as none of your old tanks would have the correct interchangeable parts it would be best to sell them to someone.

I have 140 F-14s, how many Mig-29s am I allowed to build per day?
I never stated how many artillary pieces I have, I assume evey nation has some. How many is fair? And what model should I have? Something fitting...
I have three Tingonderoga class cruisers, I did state I was building 8 destroyers and 12 frigates some time back also Aegis. I also have 8 refitted Salmon class subs. Not an especially large navy but fairly up to date and combat effective.

We can use this thread for discussion, but that is ridiculous.
Even the agreed upon 500 was ridiculously high, the Germans fielded less Tigers in WWII and they had a full war economy for five years before the war.

Ali told me to take a look at your military numbers. Note that each military division includes between 11,000 and 20,000 personnel (Not all fighting capable, at least half are support, depending on the type), so if you do the numbers out on your military it ends up somewhere in the millions of people (Just 50 infantry divisions puts you over 850,000). Please take a look at the numbers and revise them per some sense of realism.
With a quick look over your division structure, that's fine, but tank numbers are very very high.
No nation of your size could ever operate 15,000 light tanks (As per 15 tank divisions, 1,000 units per division), 12,000 medium tanks, and 500 heavy tanks all at once. Armored divisions in the real world include about 200 functioning tanks and lots of support units, and tanks are extremely expensive to build and operate. You may want to bring these numbers into less ridiculous quantities, or judging on the rules stated in the info threads, they'd have to be about as competent as Pzkpfw. Ib's (light) and IIc's (med).

So 1,000 XM-1s... and like 200 XH-1s... Ouch... Time for cuts. And military reorganization.
