Two lovely links about real militaries which presume to have budgets. You can't run around and say you have trillions of tanks, they cost a hell of a lot of money to maintain, and not just build. While the production cost of an M1A1 may be $1.3 million, the maintenance costs are probably about ten times that over five years.
Next we'll move on to your 4,000 interceptors.

To operate 1,000 tanks effectively (Which is a very high number as is), you would require at least five or so tank divisions, each containing 18-20,000 men.
Also, the number of tanks you have is terribly disproportionate to the number of other vehicles. You might want to reallocate some tanks to other vehicles, like... replacing some T-80s with BMD-2s. Tanks will do you no good if the infantry can't hold ground behind them, or if they get positively diced up by accurate artillery fire.
And I'd recommend a biiiig recruiting drive... like... conscription. You're at war, you don't have to pull the punches anymore.

OLD SIG
When history witnesses a great change Razgriz reveals itself,
first as a dark demon. As a demon it uses it power to rain death upon the land,
and then it dies. However after a period of slumber Razgriz returns
As the demon sleeps, man turns on man.
Its own blood, and madness soon cover the earth.
From the depths of despair awaken the Razgriz.
Its raven wings ablaze in majestic light.
Amidst the eternal waves of time
From a ripple of change shall the storm rise
Out of the abyss peer the eyes of a demon
Behold the Razgriz, its wings of black sheath
The demon soars through the dark skies
Fear and Death trail its shadow beneath
Until Men united wield a hallowed sabre
In Final Reckoning, the beast is slain.
