Bern nodded at Titus. "Well, you've got my aid." Bern aimed his gun around the room. He may have used a shotgun before, but it hadn't been since his last day of work at the restraunt, quite a while ago.

Harvey came in, again, wanting to assert control. "I think you, Thomas, Bernie and Yuri should go." Try and get one of those prsothetic limb's while your there, i doubt it will fit, but some modificattion could at least make something to hold those creatures away with."

[Ash]

"Meanwhile, I'll be making us an escape route out of this dump. See ya."

[Bernie]

"Alright Regina. Let's just hope we both make it out of here alive." Bern grinned. He slung the shotgun across his shoulder and lifted up his riot shield. "So, Titus. Who's Thomas and Yuri, eh?"

[Paladin58]

"Looks like I'm gonna get to lead a road trip again... Ok, we should go now, as Niall needs those bandages and antibiotics pronto. As always, I've got driver position," said Titus, with a small bit of command in his voice, which he hoped those three would pick up on.

As he turned towards the garage, he laid the now-off blowtorch on the table.

"If any of those... things try to dive through the windows, use that. And, aim for the face."

[Bernie]

Bern picked up the blowtorch and fitted it neatly between his trousers and his belly. "Alright. So I burn 'em to death? Sounds nice." Bern thought for a moment. He had actually just volunteered to go out into the streets. Was he a madman? Either way, it was too late to back out now... "Right...so what are we actually driving here, a tank?" Bernado grinned, he knew it certainly wasn't a tank, but he could always hope.

[Paladin58]

"Well, it's built like a tank, and drinks fuel like one, too. It's just an Oldsmobile sedan, but they have that reputation, you know, due to their all-steel chassis. And, Thomas is the doctor, and Yuri, I really don't know. A shady guy, though. But, he'll watch our back in there. I trust him. After all, in a world like this, I guess that's all you can have, right?" said Titus, with a little chuckle afterwards.

"The vehicle we will use to get out of this deathtrap of a city isn't finished yet. I would be working on it, but, well, Niall comes first."

[Bernie]

"So because of one person we're being held back from our escape? Well...I suppose, but I don't feel safe. What if he turns into one of them?" Bern seemed to go into a more nervous expression. "I mean...as far as I know from horror movies, we're usually eaten by the person we saved earlier on..."

[Paladin58]

"Well, that one person who we are risking our necks to save may save ours someday. You should learn to add that into normal reasoning... So to help that fact, and the other fact that I'm usually a good samaritan, we're going to help him. You, me, Thomas, and Yuri. Understand?" said Titus, again with a serious tone.
"Sorry. Normally, I don't switch moods at the drop of a hat, but I'm very stressed out. You should be able to tell by what. And, if he tries to eat us, then he gets a flame in the face, like that other thing did."

Five Minutes Later...

A dull whump shook the Police Station, bringing a little of the plasterboard down from the ceilings on a few rooms. It had been the tenth such sound.

The blasting charges had worked a treat, and thankfully the gap between basement and storm drains had been small. The drains were empty at the moment, with only a small well of residual water in the bottom of the cylinders.

Whipping out her pistol and attaching a mag-lite, she began to dig away the rubble that remained, providing a space large enough to crawl through for her and those with her.

"After you," she said to her companions.

((OOC: I forget who's with me))

((OOC: Gina is, i don't know who else is, it seem's like we're splitting up so this can still stay in main story, titus, since your driving make another topic forgoing to the hospital, see if you can get blodo to play aswell.

OOC: Just an FYI, blodo's disappeared off the face of the earth again...dunno when he'll get back.

Gary looked down at his freshly cleaned floor with satisfaction. It was real clean. He smiled, and looked up. It was at this point that he noticed that everyone else had gone. Niall was still hunched in the corner, with Thomas leaning over him, and Yuri was sitting quietly smoking in the corner.
Gary felt somewhat left out. There seemed nothing left for him to do...
"Well," he said, voicing his thoughts, "I guess we'll hold the fort then..."
"So, Yuri, you're - oh." he stopped and looked over, but Yuri was gone.
"I wish people would stop doing that all the time."

Niall, in his state of unconciousness, stirred a bit and moaned, before becoming motionless and silent again.
((OOC: Just thought I'd make sure everyone knew I was still here, and paying attention to everything. I just haven't had anything to say, while everything was happening to me.))

((OOC:The following is to do with the zombies trying to get inside the station from the Hospital Run thread))

Gary glanced up as he heard his name, and suddenly noticed the creatures shambling up the stairs to the station doors and Harvey running at them with a toolbox. Gary had no idea what Harvey intended to do, but thought it was probably best if he joined in.
"For fuck's sake..." he muttered "these bastards just won't give up!"

[Pastinator]

Gina heard noises from downstairs. "Regina, how about we do this later, it sound slike the others are in trouble." She then looked at the wounded Niall. "We're gonna help you ok? Some of those people might be getting in."

Niall had been passed out, and now suddenly he was fully conscious for the first time in hours. The fierce pain tore through his body, and he yelled out. He tried to stand, but when he tried to use his arm to push himself up, he couldn't. He looked and remembered what had happened. He had no arm there to push himself up with. He screamed again, this time in horror.

[Pastinator]

Gina rushed to Niall's aid. He was laying there screamingso she started stroking his head and hushing him. "Calm down Niall, it'l be alright" she said in soothing tones.

[Blodo]

Yuri meanwhile was exploring the station. He threw a few quick glances on the desks and walls, picking a few things up for a closer look.
- "There has to be something else here I can salvage.. - Hello there!"
He noticed a fire escape outside the window. Upon a closer look it could allow him to slide down and snoop around. A smashed squad car effectively clogged the view of the street. Yuri quickly descended down and started looking for things.

A couple moments later he was back inside and in the room where Gina and the now armless Niall were.
- "Look what I found: a nice MP5 and umm.. 3 cartons of 9mm. Anyone wants it?.. No? Well I can take care of it." - he said while looking around the room.
Achieving no answer from neither of the two people sitting around he surprisingly abandoned his usual habit of just not caring, instead trying to continue the conversation.
- "So.. what did I miss? And where the hell is the rest?"

(( OOC: Yeah it's me. ))

"Well, as you can see" said Gina, "Niall here is MISSING AN ARM!! Thanks for caring! The others, including a new member of our group Bernie, have gone to get some medical supplies for him from the hospital, and Regina seems to have an ida about popping off to the sewers and escape that way, i just called her back now, because, from what it sounds like, theres some trouble downstairs."

Harvey was terrrfied downstairs, he had Gary behind him, and he was standing in the way of the stairs, beating off the creatures with his riot stick. Seven shamblers were trying to climb up up the stairs, and he was trying to hold them off as best he could.
"Somebody help!"
