The guns haven't silenced yet! Although our enemy seemed defeated, they appear to be planning a powerful counterattack.

Our reconnaissance planes tracked down their positions and found large numbers of French Schneider 155mm C MLE 1917 Howitzers. They have taken batch of photographs before being forced to retreat from ground fire:

PICTURES ARE HERE - IT WONT LET ME POST THEM :(

General, we must transport more reinforcements into this sector. It is clear that if the french break through here, the third division to the west will be exposed to attacks from the flank; we cannot allow this to happen. We intend to send scouts several times over the next fortnight in order to give you a better idea of what you face; until then, ready your troops for the inevitable.

For the fans of TGTW, all these screenshots are taken in Command & Conquer: Generals Zero-Hour; the tools have only just been released for BFMEII and our programmer doesn't get his pay cheque from TTPCom until next month. :(

There are two ways of constructing a software design: one way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies.

It's more suited to what we need, namely trenches. The trench code we had was as good as it was going to get, and it still had a single cutting flaw; the fact that you couldn't build them yourself in a way that allowed units to cross them.

But have you done anything? It'd be great to see any progress at all.

As stated, mostly model, skin and anim work. I have to wait for the next paypacket to come through to get BFMEII as EA have failed to provide me with a free one this time, which was what I was waiting for. :(

Second mod in my most expected mods for the series, after RA of course.
Keep up the good work.

The recon aircraft requests have come through, General, and we were able to acquire an Albatros to scout out the enemy positions as promised.

It seems several waves of French Poilus have been advancing all over this sector in their attempts to break a hole in the line, and have brought in some Hotchkiss machinegunners as heavy support. With communications still down, getting up to date information is proving very difficult.

Poilus & Hotchkiss

These have been ripping through our grenadiers at an obscene pace when attempting to counterattack, but fear not; an redirection of fire request has been put forward for some our heavier artillery, the Big Bertha. Until this support is provided, we must hold them back!

For the fans of TGTW, all these screenshots are taken in Command & Conquer: Generals Zero-Hour. A number of people have asked why we have not began work on BFMEII, and hence I reiterate: the scripter is awaiting the funds to purchase a copy. Rest assured production is set to begin shortly, but we are releasing these screens as tasters of what is to come and to show many of the skinned and animated models already produced.

The situation is rapidly deteriorating, general; our recon aeroplanes have spotted yet more enemy, this time with tanks, and the promised reinforcements was due to arrive days ago.

Firstly, a batallion of French Chasseurs have been spotted on the main road to battlefield, and will arrive within the day. In front of them, some Chauchat reinforcements have already arrived and are providing covering fire for the advancement.

Secondly, we have heard of another strong push in the next few days, and this one we are unlikely to hold. An intercepted transmission explained the likelood of a combined arms attack consisting of the soldiers below:

French Units

All we can do now is pray the heavy artillery arrives on time!
