so can some one give me the best mod for Red Alert2-Yuri Revenge
and tell me how i play on him.

There is no such thing as THE best mod. It's personal preference.
Here is a somewhat older list of available possibilities. You can also check the Revora Network Bar at the top, go to 'Hosted', 'Command and Conquer', 'Red Alert 2' or check the CncGuild page. I'd say try a few that sound interesting to you. Very popular ones are for example Robot Storm and Mental Omega. You posted in the YR Apocalypse forum, so why not give that one a try too?
Most mods come with a launcer, just execute it, press 'mod' and play
. Some mods require the Rock Patch, which you can execute, and later on use the same program again to remove the Rock Patch (if you want to play a mod that doesn't use Rock Patch).
If you've any more questions feel free to ask.

modding is pretty hard
lotsa stuff to do, new vxls, shps, maps etc
i really dont know bout coding tho... and triggers nd stuff
wish i did then i would make my own mod ^ ^

I tried to get airborn to drop IFVs but it droped an infantry Version of an IFV and it was invisable

Thats because you need rockpatch to drop tanks.

In RA2 campain tanks were dropping without no rockpatch...
