GOOD NEWS - YOU CAN PLAY NOW! So is the compability fix for MO v2.0a. Get the 1.08 version of Rock Patch here. There is an issue with this release though, Psychic Dominator clones are bugged, causing Internal Errors during loadup and MO v2.0a uses such clone.

In order to prevent Internal Errors during loadup get a special bugfix mix file HERE! Place it in your RA2/YR directory before activating the mod. This bugfix also fixes errors with Soviet Palace (you can now build it even with Superweapons=Off) and elite Prism Tower range.

Ignore the "Campaign List" in campaign selection as for now - I am going to make use of it but not yet.

Indeed folks - v2.0a was NOT the end! :huh:

UPDATE (22.08): I have reuploaded the bugfix after I received information that Infector Tank fires green beam. I didn't know about the tag change in Rock Patch. If you download the file now, you'll get that fixed. The newest file has modification date of 22.08 so check it out.

Yeah, good news for all yet again. :huh: I hope the saved games issues is fixed ASAP. When is 2.0b going to be released?

Normally I wouldn't ask about such a thing, but you did say that 2.0b was going to be released sometime after the newest version of the rock patch.

Er... I can't even get it to work properly! I've installed the RP, and even so, there are no Epsilon factions. As if I didn't have the patch. Any clue why could that be?

Is your Yuri's revenge updated to 1.001? If not, then there's your problem.
Mods don't run on games without it.

There is an FAQ in the forums you should have checked first.

Hi Speeder, I sent an email to you earlier regarding the missing epilison campaign button. LOL


Apparently i have encountered Internal Errors while running OM 2.0a and RP 1.08.

Loads about 1/4 of the way then bang! Internal Error, bla bla.

Its happening to nearly every modification which used 1.07b previousl

Even with modders important changes made, still no luck ...

It uses new code too for third button and other stuff ...

Speeder just has to update his mod to work with RP 1.08.

Keep us posted on when MO 2.0b is to be released.

Nemoricus: I have TFD, so it can't be a problem.
I knew there would be problems with mods using RP1.07b and the actual release. But my brother kept insisting that everything will work fine. Seems I was right. The TFD-using part has yet to wait for the fun these mods have to offer...

I'm the one that's been mentioning the IE's on the forum over the past day or so.
I have TFD and YR (And dual boot OS's so I can easily jump between the two >_>) so if you need any help figuring out the problem, just give me a shout.
I think it's got something to do with unit lists or something, check the RP site for info on updating the mod for 1.8 compatibility.

I just had a look around the RP forum, a lot of people are having problems, there appears to be a solution though:

The problem is what CnCVK sayd, the dom clone is the problem, i removed the code and tested and it worked fine, a suggestion to everyone, just add a ; infront of the dom colne codes unitil pd or cncvk fix this

Hmm...so has anyone tried this so called cure?

If so:

Does it work for TFD?

And if so:

Can someone give detailed instructions on how to do so, cause I have absolutely no knowledge in coding. :cool:

MO USES clone of Psychic Dominator. And I guess that you'll get new Rock Patch faster than v2.0b.

According to another post in the same thread, removing the MentalOmega Psychic Dominator superweapon from the rulesmd.ini file fixes the issue.
