This mod has nothing to do with Warhammer, so I don't agree with you saying Cel 'should' do that. It's his choice to have them as one hero or seperate heroes.
Halbarad... hmmm... depends if the Dunedain are added to the game. If not, then there's little point IMO, even if he can summon them. If dunedain are included, then fair enough. However, I don't think Dunedain are really needed.

take for instance Celeglin (ingame) as a summon from Celeborn.
Celeglin might consider doing such a summon for Faramir

Nah... I think it's alright that one faction has less heroes than the other. Rohan has more heroes than Gondor, but that doesn't make them unbalanced.maybe you could have celeglin be his own hero this time so they are equal

I remember having two Celeglins in Mirkwood which Celeglin edited for the campaign. They actually rocked together
PS. Look at the page count, Celeglin's going to have a lot of reading to do when he comes back

The only problem I have with your idea is this: what do the Dunedain have to do with Faramir? Dunedain patrolled the North, Faramir and his Rangers scouted in Ithilien - no reasonable connection there from what I can tell.maybe if he adds him like a summon.
take for instance Celeglin (ingame) as a summon from Celeborn.
Celeglin might consider doing such a summon for Faramir

Anyway...I think that I've come up with a way to help balance out Gondor's growing Hero population.
*pauses for dramatic effect*
Remove Gandalf.
This mostly occured to me as playing as Rohan the other day, but maybe we could make him a Third Teir summon for all good factions? After all, Gandalf traveled wherever he was needed, and an 'overall summon' would easily represent that.
However, there's balance to consider..but I'm not so good in that area, so I'll let you lot figure that out, lol.
Though, I think a timer wouldn't be the right way to go-having your commanding hero vanish in the midst of a siege isn't either realistic or fun, to me anyway, lol.

you're right. Halbarad was the one which went with Aragorn through the Mindolluin.
I thought they ment Damrod .
Apology..

Quoted for the truth.Halbarad is one of the dunedain.
Those two never even met............
It's alright, no harm done. After all, that is one of the subtle aims of these B4ME related threads: to bring everyone on the same level of Tolkien-lore (or at least try to ).ooh,
you're right. Halbarad was the one which went with Aragorn through the Mindolluin.

Actually, it all boils down to me wanting Gandalf in Rohan
Oh, and 'bout Halbarad...Aragorn didn't go through Mindolluin, but the Paths of the Dead (the true name escapes me). Mindolluin was the mountain Minas Tirith was built on-or rather, into.

Well of course he ain't just another hero. You made me feel bad by saying that. Never fear, Celeglin will find a way to balance it all out. I think every faction will get a new hero because of Aragorn's move, maybe two for Rohan. You make it sound like Aragorn is just another hero lmao..
I think the names you're looking for is the Dwimorberg (the mountain) and Dimholt (the forest/area before the Door).Oh, and 'bout Halbarad...Aragorn didn't go through Mindolluin, but the Paths of the Dead (the true name escapes me). Mindolluin was the mountain Minas Tirith was built on-or rather, into.

There's is no difference in translation there, so being Dutch doesn't have anything to do with it.yes you're right about the Paths of the dead.
I'm dutch and i just didn't know if it was the same name.

Anyway...since Aragorn is presumably moving to Gondor, who would fill his shoes back in Rohan? IIRC, Cel mentioned that Erkenbrand-and possibly Elfhelm -would be taking his place.
If so, what powers do ya'll think they could have? Personally, I'd like to see Erkenbrand be a primarily leadership and infantry support hero, while Elfhelm is the cavalry-leading, Rohirrim-summoning guy.
Thoughts?
