I was looking at new Rohirrim and maybe I'm wrong, but did you leave any original skins? I can't see them. I like those new colours, but those old were nice, too, IMO.

The problems with keeping in the old skins:
- the new ones are 4 times the resolution of the old. Zooming in would display this difference terribly.
- the new skins have a much darker pallet than the old ones. Clash.
- there are only four of the old skins. They wouldn't blend in in a balanced way with the 16 new ones.
- EA's golden/banana-yellow armour = bleh

Oh, I forgot that all your skins are much better than EA's  And I won't miss this awful, gloden armour, too.

16 new ones

Wow :) Do Eorlingas have as many skins, too? And are you going to make some new skins for Yoman?

A) Yes.
B) I might transfer the new Rohirrim/Eorlingas skins over to the Yeomen.

Is it possible to transfer those new sikns over to the Yeomen, but without removing those old? Or maybe mix peasants skins, original Yeoman and new skins? I don't think that giving all Rohan units other-but-similar skins is good idea. I like them very much, though.
BTW, are you going to make Aragorn a Gondor hero in updated version?

Well I do want all Rohan to have the same sort of design to them... Maybe I'll make more variations (more than just recolours and small changes though) so I have around 25-30, and then I'll transfer.

Nope.

But don't remove peasants, I don't think giving all Rohan units the same, olive-red-brown design is necessary. I like those new skins, but don't exagerrate, even with other colours they would be quite similar. But if you can make some variations, why not. ;)

Peasants, I'm not touching. But as you'll notice in the films, pretty much everything Rohan has a green-brown-red colouring to it. I'm not going to make a single blue Rohan skin (though I won't be getting rid of that one blue peasant woman, of course), but will try to come up with armour styles that will look decidedly different from the others at a glance.

Well, I hate this golden things, which are armour for Rohan units. I'm sure you'll make them much better

One question:
Are the tower guards high res?
They look like it, but they don't look quite as good as yours
Except their shields, they are just ugly :)

Gandalf, Frodo, and Sam were all reskinned and remodelled by me... If that's what you mean.

Yeah, that's what I meant
You did something for gondor,
but you didn't create anything for gondor.

Yeah, I get that, but I'm not following the point you're trying to make with it. Oh well, don't answer.

EDIT: in my mod, it's vice versa :p

But Elvenlord's right, TG's shields are awful. Making new shields would make Gondor much more beautiful :)
