Dain that is your opinion and as such i can ignore it
and I think he looks good.
Dain your comments cease to be constructive now.

I guess I'm a perfectionist. If you like it and your fans like it.. there's no point me trying to get it to a higher standard as you're already satisfied.

I have mentioned before,I go quality and quantity.

Then you must STILL improve your quality. I have not seen a satisfying increase of skill from you since you were hosted here. And you are free to ignore our opinions, but don't forget that we are the ones that are giving you all this space to host your stuff on. You could at least try.

of course you can ignore what people think and say...

but you should really really listen.... If you'd improve as almost everybody do, your skins would be up among the pro skinners of T3A... I know, you do everything for your mod... I to do almost everything  I've improved alot... You can and should too :p

And a question... Do you use 64x64 textures? Cause if not... it doesn't show :)

The Ghan Buri Ghan skin is only a quick knock up he is a minor hero and he looks great in game. What is with the attack on my skill level I have gotten considerably better since I started Lone Wolf.
Though a lot of my skins are done in under 10 minutes I do spend a lot of time designing them.
I work very hard for this mod and I am insulted by you guys saying that I produce sub-standard work.

I use 256 x 256 by the way.

Aye, however great the skins & models may be, in-game you can't see much of it...

It has been reported that some victims of rape, during the act, would retreat into a fantasy world from which they could not WAKE UP. In this catatonic state, the victim lived in a world just like their normal one, except they weren't being raped. The only way that they realized they needed to WAKE UP was a note they found in their fantasy world. It would tell them about their condition, and tell them to WAKE UP. Even then, it would often take months until they were ready to discard their fantasy world and PLEASE WAKE UP

Might be just me, but eh... IMO, it doesn't matter if it's a hero or a minor unit... everyone deserves to be in the same quality league ;)

But, you said it yourself... you spent 10 minutes on that skin! Do you realize how LITTLE that is?
I'm not demanding or anything, but try to use an hour on a skin, or atleast half an hour, and see if it's better ;) There is no rush...

and also IMO, I think you could downsize that skin to 128x128 without any detail going away..

Even 20 mins instead of 10 would help alot, And AON should have alot more quality then the ones you are doing now(your concepts are very good).

if Radspakr sais it looks great ingame then i'll believe him.
and EA hasn't done skins which are that great either, in my opinion.

@Guess who: how much time do you put in creating your skins?

ye id like to say guess who how can you criticise when yours dont resemble anything, yours look like 5 minute knock ups and yet you try to give comments such as these. Rad is making the mod so if he likes it then its his choice, he has done a great job on this mod and if he decides to redo it then he will if not id still be happy playing it

Modding is for fun, Not a chore. So if he feels working on a texture for 10minutes or even less is "Good" enough, Then it is fine, Let him do it. Maybe he doesnt have the time like some of us do to work on textures for hours upon hours.

Radspakr, Is creating a very large modification on alone, While it is possible (and is clearly shown by many, Lauri, Etc.) It is indeed harder for some than others. Time is thing alot of us modders dont always have.

It doesnt really matter if he has improved or hasnt improved. I think some of you have been a little rude to Radspakr here in this topic...

Modding is for fun, Not a competition of who is the best. Let him to as he wishes.

your all (meaning Taralom and Grizzlez) waay off the point here...
We were giving our opinions that we think he should try to improve his work, ect..

So why the hell do you bring up GW's skins? His skins ain't got nothing to do with his bad manner of mention how Rad's skins look...

i think radspakar has done a good job and he is also doing a great job with LW in general

Indeed he have, and I fully agree with you ;)

Also, EA's skins ain't got nothing to do with this either...

And Flame... I fully agree with you, it's just that when he said that "this is the last thing I'll ever do for him", it's just like he doesn't care about other's opinions, which he clearly doesn't... I'd just like him to atleast try to listen to us, and give his skins a second (in this case, third) chance :p

So, sorry if I offended you Rad, but we're trying to get you to listen, and give it another shot... we're certanly not mocking you on purpose :xcahik_:
Anyways, I'd like to put the line here now... there isn't more to talk about :xcahik_:
It's Rad's mod, it's just that we'd like him to try to improve his skinning, as many of us hasn't really seen an improvement, which is probably due to the 10-minute skins... can't really improve on that much

So, let's remain silent... Especially about Guess Who's skins... Which makes me think... why can you mock his skins, if he can't mock Rad's skins? Are you better skinners than him? ______ End of the line, okay?

im guessing he is making the mod for himself, if he is happy shouldnt that be fine? i dont see anything wrong with his skinning even if that wasnt his best so far. Maybe it was just harder to make the skin for that dude than others he has done,..

OFF-TOPIC
Grizz so you would rather a skin that doesn't look like anything, it's comments that help you improve and i wouldn't talk if i was you, better than getting a picture then cloning it over and over.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
On-Topic
This mod is great and i know it is hard to make a skin without any information on them.
Can't wait to see more .

Edt: And i do agree with flameguard, most modders mod for fun not for other people eg. they might want to work for a company when they get better.

id rather use pictures to make new skins than try to scratch it and end up with what you do, your the one who comeso ut with the hurtful comments in the begginning abotu his work looking retarded. I just think someone who puts all this work in should at least get comments with some level of decency.

Anyway if you ever need some help with anything i am capable of doing jjust drop me a pm
