Comrade, Cuba's have been working on developing missile technologies say hello to the October missile submarine. This new submarine is capable of targeting naval, land and air targets.
The Chinese have came up with a new design battle bunker capable of holding the soldiers.

The Iraqis have been advancing their nuclear technology so far that came up with two interesting things. 1 a small compact nuclear reactor that provides higher amount of power in the normal tesla reactors but like our regular nuclear reactors they are still explode releasing radiation if destroyed. 2 they have developed a new defense structure, a Rad Turret. The Rad Turret has a powerful Rad cannon that easily kill infantry, Light and medium vehicles.

The Libyans have been working on developing explosive sabotage technologies.
They came up with the cheap but effective assault deterrent, a steel container packed with powerful explosives that detonates when enemy forces come in range.
They took the liberty of upgrading their Demolition Truck to carry a more devastating explosive charge.
They have also with the help from our KGB operatives they trained their explosive experts in the art of disguise and sabotage. These soldiers disguised themselves as the enemy infiltrate there bases and placing explosive charges on their structures and units causing mass havoc.
