I have downloaded Nazgul's special extended edition mod installed correctly and i enter the game but I can only play 3 minutes when 3 minutes had passed all my buildings get destroyed and it appears Defeated

(Like people said in that forum) It's an anti-piracy measure which more often affects 100% legal games. Try to reinstall
