For starters i assume that you have started modding, and u havent just bought the game and it like that, cause if thats the case then take it back, but im pretty sure thats not the case.
Ok down to your problem, what have u edited in the ini? You have to give information on the problem for us to help.

Have you edited any of the game files? or the asset.dat?
