No update this week? It's monday now. I personally hope it's something to do with Isengard or its mini-factions :)

Sorry for the confusion. Halbarad left several renders, but no names for them

So that means a Harad Peek! Behold the Harad Raider and the Market Place:

Man, that marketplace looks like a real bazaar! It's awesome!

And I just want to say something, not directed at anyone in particular, that I can guarantee that the team knows what day of the week it is. So saying, "No update? *Sad*" doesn't really help. Again, not directed at you, Azreal, I guess you're just the straw that broke the camel's back.

Wow the Raiders look awesome with the spear. And the harad building looks good but i would have thought that their buildings would be made out of wood or straws.

I was just curious as to when the Update was gonna be released. Sundays are my happy days, since the Final Fantasy Retrospective from GameTrailers is released, as is the RA update. But neither was on time :( Ah well, we have the update now. But still no Retrospective T_T

And it did work. The update was released, wasn't it?

EDIT:
Forgot to mention what an ace update this is  I love the building.

The raider looks great, especially the spear, and I love the look of the cloth over the buildings on the marketplace. Does this marketplace function the same way as Gondor's does, or is it different. It all looks awesome BTW.

There's some good quality stuff there. I can't wait to play with those Harad horsemen, and the amount of detail on the Marketplace is just unbelievable. Great work guys. :thumbsdownsmiley:

Yay! Dwarves! Are they based of the Iron-Hill dwarves in The Hobbit?

With the two melee weapons, I assume that the mattock is for the purpose of making them almost into a siege unit? Or at least give them a boost against buildings...

No. Why should a mattock be anti siege any more than an axe is? I don't recall Nain shouting "Curse you Azog I was going to fight a siege with this mattock.. it's useless against you orcs aaaaarg" or these fellows shouting "Aha Elves and Men! Fear us for we have mattocks which we will use to attack the lonely mountain.. hey.. wait a minute?"

A mattock is pretty much an axe with a horizontal blade which is useful for hacking and levering when digging (trust me on this, I wield one on a regular basis) There's no reason it'd be any be any better at attacking buildings than an axe.
Think of it as an axe with a horizonal blade if you're confused. It is NOT a pick (though most digging mattocks have a pick on them, they'd be utterly useless as a weapon)

Wow the two looks great. I think there was a mention in the hobbits about Dwarves wielding mattocks. Both models have the mattock and sword so either its a toggle, or just design

Im thinking that if it is a toggle, then using the sword with shield would be a defensive toggle while using the mattock gives the dwarves more attack
