Today we bring you next one of my "animation packs" containing three anims of Tranduil and one anim of dwarven captain. Thranduil was modelled by Dain and skinned by Sullivan and the dwarf is of course Nertea's

He's more of a Leadership/Support hero, the staff is just a monument to his lordship.
I will remember Rhovanion Alliance, RIP .

Movies animations are much more complicated, their bone structures are more advanced and their can be from a couple dozen bones to thousands depending on the model's detail.

Something from me this week ^_^
One is a screenshot of a map I did a couple of months ago, called the Dimrill Dale. It is the valleys on the east side of the Misty Mountains near Lothlorien. Screen looks a bit monotextured, but I assure you it looks a lot better up close
The other is the Grey Mountians, which is a small range of mountains in the north. This is actual one I found on MEVault, originally by Lost_Hawk, but I balanced it, improved the terrain and completely retextured it. It is a very unique map, and hopefully fun too

Nice work they look great.
So how many minfaction plots are there on each?
I could see one on the Grey Mountains map.

Great stuff!

The old world will burn in the fires of industry! The forests will fall! A new order will rise...we will drive the machine of war with the sword and the spear and the iron fist of the Orc! We have only to remove those who oppose us...

Very nice. Seems like they could be very much oriented towards a "turtle" style of playing. Maybe not as much with the Dimrill Dale, but the Grey Mountains certainly could be.. unless there's a path I'm not seeing. Great job :p

Very cool, they both look like fun maps to play :crazed: and I must say I'm curious to see how that grey mountains one plays out with the paths :p more to look forward to with RA.

damn matt. you made some fun looking maps there.

it seems the Nazgul on their fellbeast will be able to do some major damage in the Grey Mountains. Fly over, attack lots of units, fly back over the mountains while enemy has to go through the pass and they start to heal and prepare of another attack. also, does right base have a second troll lair next to it? left base looks like it has 2 unless my eyes are going on me.

cant wait to finally have a 6 player map with castles. one thing i noticed on it. it seems the center left player has an advantage when it comes to creeping. it has a 2 goblin lairs in front of it while the bottom left has to go in front of center left's base. and top right has to go down to either center or bottom right's base.

still im going to play those maps over most of EA's.
