All Morgul units are limited to 4 in their entirety or 4 of each?

It certainly looks like it. But if any Morgul unit has to be reduced to four batallions it should be the Warg Riders only.

@ Lotrfan2, I have access to the private hyperlink but the actual download itself isn't working, I can't download it. Is anyone else experiancing the same thing.
