Despair is only for those who see the end beyond all doubt. We do not. It is wisdom to recognize necessity, when all other courses have been weighed, though as folly it may appear to those who cling to false hope. Well, let folly be our cloak, a veil before the eyes of the Enemy! For he is very wise, and weighs all things to a nicety in the scales of his malice. But the only measure that he knows is desire, desire for power; and so he judges all hearts. Into his heart the thought will not enter that any will refuse it, that having the Ring we may seek to destroy it. If we seek this, we shall put him out of reckoning.

I sent you another PM, I think there was a problem with the first one.
As for the English.big file - you do not need to keep this one from the old release. Switching to the -mod command allows me to put everything in the one file and makes it much easier to switch between version of the mod.
Fehik - the audio still is the same if you followed the instructions from the previous release and it will still work as is, or you are able to find the 1 video & audio files....
kaka22 - as for the campaign I have not changed much. There are some things that are broken with all of the changes. I will be fixing some of these. Also, you will be overrun most likely in Helm's Deep. The map has to be rebalanced with all of the changes. I will redo the balance of that and fix any errors once the factions are closer to completion. I could redo it now, but then I'd just have to redo in the future yet again. (I don't know if you've ever seen the scripting on that map, but it is the most insanely convoluted scripting of any map EA has done. Osgiliath comes close. Black Gate and Minas Tirith are a lot of scripting, but more straightforward. Just ask Rob38 about Helms Deep. So I will be working on this a lot once I get the factions closer.)

sounds rather complicated i dont have a clue about any that stuff. i was like WOW the uruks will not stop coming lol. just wondering also as i love playing gondor missions are you planning on scripting maps such as minas tirith and osgiliath?
Most definitely. Every map that is unlocked in the campaign will be scripted - at least 30+. I'll be doing some in the south as well as mirkwood and the north and west. I might unlock every map in WotR for use. That is also only the good campaign. A LOT of work has already been done on maps like Minas Tirith, Amon Hen, Celduin, Black Gate, Ithilien, Erebor, and other campaign maps. They're all going to be included! My plan - once the factions are settled, at least 1 map a week and maybe more time permitting or the ones already worked on.

I needed to know this in order to decide whenever I should download now or a patch that could be out today.
EDIT: Well, I've made the first tests.
When I press My Heroes and click Continue on the New Features, the game freezes. Game also froze while I was playing Rohan vs Isengard on Dunland.
- Merry is too weak, he costs 50 to summon but 100 to revive. His melee attacks are pathetic, and his ranged attack has too much cooldown.
- Rohirrim Archers do not show the requirements.
- Rohan Royal Guards can be trained at a Lvl 1 Stable.
- Gamling and Hama have the same icon.
- Skipping to More Heroes will create a CreateAHero icon with a wizard, although I haven't chosen to use a Custom Hero. I haven't tryed to train him.
- All custom heroes are disabled for Rohan except Random and - (No Hero)
- Warg Packs shouldn't be able to trample, but rather be considered fast swordsmen
- Elven Warriors do not have their original voices from BFME 1 (if not a bug, consider it a suggestion)
- If you lift the mouse over Yeomen Archers, the text still shows up as "Men of Dale Archers" or something similar.
- Spelling bugs in Summon Elven Allies. The name of the elf is Haldir and not Haldier. There archers were also spelled achers in this power I think.
- Hobbits are too many, perhaps, and too powerful? Their cost should be increased if their numbers are not tonned down.
- Not sure if it's a bug, but shouldn't Yeoman Archers be able to combo with Peasants?

you need to extract the audio file from bfme 1
And yoi play the campaign under war of the ring(I dont think you choose if you are good or evil
Exactly right. You just select Gondor in the RJ - WotR. Once I start releasing the evil maps, you'll have 2 options. Basically, this allows unlimited campaigns if I had the energy.
(Now if you really want to see something interesting - it does not work right, but play the campaign on multiplayer - where you are Gondor and your friend is Goblins. Take on Moria and your friends will be able to mess around with the opposite side. Totally broken, but the possibilties....)
