The Eragon books aren't bad. But that is for another thread.

I'd think as long as the elves don't leave anything to waste with what the hunt/ kill for food, then they're still "in touch with nature". Like the Native Americans.

Aye. Using the hides as blankets, meat for food, horns/antlers for tools, etc. And the Eragon Cycle is actually one of my favourite series :p

Apart from being a carbon-copy of Star Wars... :p See this argument on Wars of Arda...

Eragon is hardly a carbon copy of Star Wars. It does, however use the Hero Cycle/Journey or Monomyth to a very large extent. Guess what? So does Star Wars and who knows how many other fantasy title out there.

But we are like lost sheep, going astray. Let's end this discussion or start a new thread else where.

Like lost sheep... :p how quaint. Did you even look at the argument?

... I mean, Elves are awesome and there should be a hero-horde of super-long-range archers!

Do we really need any more over-powered units? Well obviously... but not for elves. Seriouse squashing issues.

Has Celeborn's hair color been changed to silver yet or is it still that absurdly uncanonical blond?

PLEASE DO IT BEFORE THE NEXT RELEASE!!!! I hate it with almost as much passion as I do the rust-colored Glorfindel cloak and undershirt thingy. And for Glorfindel, couldn't you just use one of Eldarion or Kingdragon's skins instead? They look so much better and realistic than the current one with a recolored cape.

Just because you hate something that EA did, doesn't mean that you have to scream at the RJ-ROTWK team to edit something in.

Editing those kinds of details may not take a lot of time (I really don't know for sure) but you have to appreciate the things that are being done. And if you do want something in the mod, then atleast make a point of bringing it across calmly. And if a team member (not a beta tester like me) say's that they have a focus on some other important aspect of the mod (such as finishing off the Elven faction) then be patient.

Kicking and screaming is not going to get your point across nor change anything to the mod, and I hope that you remember that next time. If you wish to discuss this matter further, PM me because I am already throwing this off-topic enough as it is.
