You know, I do realize that anyone with moderating powers in here can easily cheat :shiftee:

Done by Lauri, Matias and... Ugh, EA... Can't remember what's EA's though, but there's something in there alright...

This is just a prep for tomorrow's update :)

Ooh, very nice. I like how the architecture is - while clearly Rhunic - influenced by the designs of Barad-dur and Angband. With spires, tarnished banners, and such :p

It's the Rhûn Siegeworks.

yeah, it looks like a reskin of the mordor siegeworks. very impressive!

Lauri, those buildings rock. much better and more Rhunic than the "Rhun" buildings on the Rhun map in BFME II, in my opinion. dont get me wrong, BFME II is a great game, but EA's Rhun buildings were a little cheesy.

Not quite a reskin, Lauri and I remodeled it entirely. The original didn't have such a cool wooden gate, did it? :p

Also, I've worked on 2 additional buildings today... one requires Lauri's finishing touch and the other is still work in progress on my side. If they wont appear today, they'll pop up soon after.

Nah, BFME2 isn't that great a game really... :p

And thanks, everyone.. And a little notice to you all who read here...
A new beta might be up and coming soon :p Soon, as in, a small chance that it comes this summer..
Bug fixes, and hopefully a Rhun as complete as Gondor was in the last :p

Excellent work Matias and Lauri! :p My only comment/suggestion is that the roof texture seems too clean and repetitive (looking at the building on the right). Perhaps adding some dirt and rust colored marks will give it some more randomness.

Yup, I know that it's very uniform..
That's because I haven't "uniqued" them yet... :p
I'll do something about it though :p
