Without having that person near your home. In other words, playing against someone that is in another state or country, or even city?
Some people can't play on the internet CnCR, maybe its screwed up or they got banned. Still, is there a way to make the game(or whatever) think you are playing on a network?

Ok, sorry for double posting, but is there a way to play CnCR with Hamachi? It is a comp program, dunno what it does, uses network. Maybe someone can create a network for CnCR?
