That type with wheels/treads were called "Chase tanks" and some of them were in use during WWII

Ummm Creator, I thinks thats just a T-34 that lost its treads.

It is not a T-34. It is REAL WHEELED tank.
1st picture - BT-7 on wheels.
2nd picture - A-20 on wheels.
