Many people dont even know were it even came from.But this report clarifies everything:

CLASSIFIED

The Kalim is considered to be an unknown part of the former Yuri army.It seems it uses Yuri equipment,but also new equipment and some stolen technology from us(luckily premier doesnt know).It has some high technology beyond our limitations.It is considered to be an national threat for the Soviet Union and its allies.

Subfactions and zones of operation:

-Heliopolis(Romania)
-Novaya Russia(Russia)
-The Opressed(Iran)
-Command HQ(not known,but possibly Greece)
-Unknown



Logo is in progress,not finished yet.It is not shown(to be sure that nobody thinks here is an broken link)

Still, isn't this against the rules? Or did you ask premission (or whatever the word is)? Because if I downloaded a random voxel, painted 1 dot black instead of the original color, and release it, it would be against the rules...

The Oppressed? Listening to punk latelly?

The Refinery could use some changes. Overall darker, less shiny textures. The back side could be a little bigger and perhaps house the stored ore, instead of those two containers on the side. And the place, where the miner docks - depending on the miner, it might look a bit out of place. I'd suggest making it look as if it's a hole in the ground, where underneath the ore is processed and then pulled up to the containers.

That logo is overused. Got MSN, YIM or Skype? I can send you another design.

Overall, you seem to have matured a lot, secret, and this reflects your mod. With more practice in both your 3DS skills and your English, this mod could have a great future. I suggest you close this topic and open a new one, with the clean designs and a better structure of your ideas.

Refinery looks pretty funky though again, it could use more detailed textures etc.

Well, the ore is too bright I think...But the building itself looks ok, altough I wonder if it fits with the Yuri's Revenge buildings...

Not quite.It will be sharpened up to look more cartoonish(tought its sad to say).
I am using GM's modified script,so it looks more realistical.

I'd say 4 for the mod because I haven't seen any ingame progress. People who are hosted should already have their mod well under way and have many ingames to show for it. Oh, and you STILL haven't used any detailed textures.

By the way, that circle platform like thingy on the COmmunication Center, with those red dots on it, the highest dot is wrong...I would suggest to remove it and adjust the other dots...Mmmm....Actually, all dots are not completely on a line...

You're getting better at 3D. With the refinery, you have to do something about that "Ore" as at the moment, all it looks like is some yellow squiggles done in MS Paint. Use a proper texture on them.
