JK.
Yeah banning porn would be silly. Pornography is a time honored tradition at this point. I've often thought of the similarity to prostitution mentioned earlier, but I guess the main difference is the lack of risk of STDs or pregnancy in porn. Though people do get addicted...some people went to pretty desperate measures for porn while I was at camp for 2 months. Stealing iPods and faking broken ankles for starters.

If you think that's funny about prostitution being illegal, think of this...Why is being naked a crime really? Aren't you simply in you're natural form? Since when is the natural human form against the law?
Why can a woman perform sex for money in front of a camera, and it's called art or porn, and is legal. Yet if this same woman performed sex for money with no camera, is called prostitution, which is illegal? It's her body right? Same reason abortion is legal.
Seems to me, that if the camera is rolling, than it's not prostituion?
Hyprocritical IMO. ~Hostile
oooo, that's a good one. I've never bothered to even think about that before. I think I'm going to have to explore just what makes the difference between pornography and prostitution.
Why is it illegal to sell something that is perfectly legal to give away for free?

Here's an even better question: why does first degree murder get lower age ratings on TV than a graphic depiction of sex?If you think that's funny about prostitution being illegal, think of this...
Why is it illegal to sell something that is perfectly legal to give away for free?
The government could legalise and tax prostitution (and some countries do) just like they could drugs, but fanatical priests and preachers with their skewed sense of morality prevent it. Politicians are too scared to stand up to them because in this world of ignorance it would mean losing too many votes to the populism the church stirs up. There's hardly a solution to that, tbh.
People will keep going to prostitutes and they will still snort their crack but in the bright daylight they will continue telling you with a straight face that both of these are immoral.
ARGUMENT FROM CREATION, a.k.a. ARGUMENT FROM PERSONAL INCREDULITY (I)
(1) If evolution is false, then creationism is true, and therefore God exists.
(2) Evolution can't be true, since I lack the mental capacity to understand it; moreover, to accept its truth would cause me to be uncomfortable.
(3) Therefore, God exists.

The disease doesn't just magically appear, one of them has to actually have it to pass it on.
If they get tested and don't have any STIs then the only risk from unprotected sex is pregnancy, which is easily stopped with the pill.

If any of them did have a sexually transmitted disease they wouldn't be allowed to work.
They don't just show up, fuck and film it...

This is off topic, but I still have to point something out.
For fuck's sake, weed is NOT friggin addictive. Cocaine is. Heroin is. Meth is. Crack is. But weed is not.
