That wouldn't work, since they are actually the same suit. As you may well know, the EW version is a retcon of the original, you're to assume it had always been the EW version.

That said, i actually i have no idea which is considered canonical, or even if there is a consensus.

doesnt matter if they're the same i still want it. remember all the quebleys in dow 1 had the same attacks, and movements. that being said having the one with wings wouldnt be a big issue.

I got some bad news for you SG (and any other Aussies) I went down to EB (Electronics Boutique) It's a Game store here in Aus, anyway a few weeks ago I went and pre-ordered GDW2 for the X360, and when I went to go get it this morning, they told me it has been delayed until the 23rd of April, instead of today the 26th of march.


IT'S HORRIBLE, I REALLY WANTED TO GET IT TODAY, AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT NEARLY A MONTH TO GET IT!!!!! GRRRRR!!!

Got some bad news for ya, we have EBs here in the US too, it's now part of the Gamestop empire, which is so full of bullshit that I dont even want to talk about it.

Anyways, I have the PS2 version in Japanese, playable on my moded PS2 system.

The bloody thing is already out in jap, all it needs is to get translated. If they were so bloody confident to put out a release date for a translation, to delay it is just epic fail

Pretty much, however the delay is most likemy more for marketing issues than work completion. the details or how that should be explained I have no idea, just guessing here.

Played the Japanese version, so a few tips. Sazabi is SOOOOOO slow, also, Strike Freedom is hax, sort of.

i watched a few vids of dow gundam 2 and from the looks of it strike freedom is overkill. i wanna own him with heero or master asia lol

Picked up Dynasty Warriors Gundam 2 today, as well as Last Remnant PC as an impulse buy.

i went to a store today and found dynasty warriors 2 for 80$. seriously wtf? no way im buying it at that price.

edit: and no it wasnt the special edition (if there is one).

its a pain cuz a few months ago prices used to be at 60$ for a new game. in the last few months though it somehow jumped to 80$.

another thing though when i checked the catalogue the price for it was 34.99. i couldnt wait and then somehow that turns into 80$.....

but ya $100-$120. thats seriously fucked.

Wait now i'm confused, where do you live? US usually has all new games for $60 on release, but how the hell are you getting them for $80?

its fucked but for some reason in Canada prices are going up. maybe they think they can get more for their games or something. either way they're pushing it big time.

As far as i know i noticed the price change about a month ago. When Resident Evil 5 came out it was priced at 69.99. It was a pissoff but i got it anyways. It looks like however that it didnt just end there. Every new game im seeing is now 69.99 or higher.

so wait they're still 60$ in the US? wtf!!

All new games for the 360 and PS3 have always been $60. you're talking about canadian dollars right? probably due to inflation.

At elast one good thing, and I mean 1, not much more out there...

anyways, at least one good thing is that the game industry are never going to raise prices in the US, if that says anything at all about its current ecomony...
