i just started this mod, so far i have the mirkwood barracks, and the mirkwood porter and the mirkwood fortress done but without new models (YET). i am currently making the mirkwood spearmen. i will now addd new modles until i ahve already add the new unts, so plz be patient.

You can't add a faction with just modelling and coding you need skinning or just good friends .

Guess Who is right

first he need a least a little knowledge of skinning and second he´s not that good at modelling I think, even if somebody would do the skins for him, I don´t think he´s able to do fortress and building models

I don´t know that what modelling skills you have.

but I sounds weird to say "I can do modelling", but not showing any model and doing only coding
