I dunno about weakest and strongest, but my fave is tank gen, so much customizability (different paths lead to different tanks, superweapons, etc.).

Strongest IMO is Robot General. Predator and Sentry Drones for early-game raids followed by late-game walker assaults. And lets not forget Fafnir, with a much better model than in Contra. It looks a lot more like a proper Fafnir now. All it needs now is black paint with some teamcolor stripes. AF Gen won't get a chance to tech up and use his air power because you will be drone spamming him. Then you bring out the mechs and crush him. His infantry is great against AF Gen too. With Cyborg Riflemen able to shoot air garrisoned in Humvees with TOW missiles backed up by Tank Hunter mechs you have one base-stomping assortment. ANd his drones are immune to toxins, radiation, Jarmen Kell, and neutron mines. Plus every single unit can deploy a drone of its own. So Cyborgs + Hellfire Drones and Cyborg Missile Launchers w/ Battle Drones. Drone Armor, Drone Invisibility, and just a lot of nasty techs.
Weakest is infantry general. Massed infantry spams are vulnerable to things like long-range artillery, flames, radiation, toxins, and just being run over by vehicles.
Favorite is Flame General. Burn it! Burn it all! He ain't that weak with his advanced artillery base defenses like the Smerch turrets and the one which is an odd sequence of numbers/letters. That and the Dragon Turrets means Fai will have problems, and the Gatling Turrets can shoot down enemy Tomahawks and Drones. Plus the Thermobaric Weapons upgrade at the end to give all his units fuel-air explosives means he has serious late-game anti-everything potential. I just wish he had a napalm upgrade besides Black Napalm. White Napalm perhaps? And Incendiary Rounds for his Gatlings instead of Chain Guns. You would think he would be using phosphorous rounds for those......... And he has better tanks than vanilla China, and they also get horde bonus. Reactive rounds for range advantage over other tanks and he can dominate fairly well.

Strongest-For China, I'd say Nuke General since he has the most powerful weapon and I think he is the most well balance defenses and units(Both air and ground). His defense structure is not consumed a lot of space to build up like some of the generals in this mod
For USA, I'd choose Lasers because of his Particle and Plasma weapons doesn't need to choose via the general promotion. And his Ion cannon and Satellite weapon also awesome as well. too bad that he use a LOT OF ENERGY to keep his war machine working.
