I can't wait til this comes out... Which might be in about 8 months, I'm guessing. Anyways, will you put 2 ways for the Elves to retreat? I like to have alternative routes once the walls have been overwhelmed... And in the movies, there were 2 (one on the walls, like a postern gate, one on the side of the castle, which was gated and lead up into the Hornburg). I don't recall the book giving that many details about it... but what I said was a mere suggestion... so if you don't like it, completely disregard it.

Yes, I already got the path Aragorn took in the movies (where he climbs the stairs) and I am currently working on adding the one that connects the deeping wall to the hornburg through a postern gate. :wink_new:

Heh, eight months does seem to be a very reasonable time scale for this project to be completely finished, give or take a month or two. :p

Yay, thank you for implementing that! I love being able to have my Elves fall back. Anyways, more questions... will you have the building of Elves disabled and just have a larger force than in the original BFME pop up, or will you make them buildable (as much as I like them, I like them being limited).

Good question! Right now, you do get to build elves at level three of the rohan archery range, but they are fairly expensive and cost a lot to upgrade. I may remove the feature and just add more elves when they march in with Haldir. Still undecided here.

Yeah, that map was cancelled like three years ago. :D

Although there methodology behind it was interesting and I may experiment on that.

Were there any elves in Tolkien's works at all? I do recall there were 200 of them in the movies, but, as always my memory could have abandoned me here :thumbsupsmiley:.

Yes. Just not at the battle of Helms Deep.
