Men fortress not showing correctly?

When I start the game with the -mod command (i downloaded the fixed ini.big) and changing nothing (just leaving standard files) the men fortress is not showing correctly. I only see the door standing in the air Would be nice if you help me

Hmmm... perhaps you don't have the correct patch for the game?

Uhmmmm...
Looks like I should reinstall the game.... (EDIT: wait, without mods it works perfect so i think there should be a solution)
In EVERY mod that uses gondor/motw fortress it looks like that

What do you mean by downloading "the fixed ini.big"? And you haven't changed anything with the files?
EDIT: If every mod you play does that, than perhaps you have a mod that was downloaded interfering with the game. Make sure your program files folder for the game is clean with no mods in it.
