Hey, i havent been on in a while, but i used to be an active member. I recently got a laptop, and it came with vista. I installed bfme2 and it works fine in the original condition, but i want to move my mod which i spent a long time working on over to my laptop, but when i try and load the game, it stalls at the splash screen. So i am back here looking for any possible insight on this problem, because i really would not want to have to go back and do all that work i did again. Thanks again for any help.

hmm well i never got bfme2 to work on my laptop (which has vista) anyway. But thats my copy of bfme2 i think. :xd:

Areyou sure its not a problem with the mod itself or your installed copy of bfme2? Id reinstall, make sure you have the right patch and are installing the mod correctly beofre trying anything else. :p

Maybe wrong install location, it has to be C:/User/Document and Settings/Roaming/*whatever the bfme game folder is*, all mods work on my pc which is vista.

GW, try to give him the right info if you're gonna post :xd:

C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\

Find your BFME folder. Mod goes there.
