Does anyone know how to take the black gate and enable it to be built on the mordor side or even have it open and closable on a map?
It is possible, you would have to make new animations and a new object i think...
to make a long story short, it would take a while but yes i guess its possible!

ok so are there any tutorials for making new animations or making a new object?
Well im sure there are many tutorials on how to animate objects and doe those kind of things yes, on the 3rd age website there should be some tutorials on that, and GMAX itself also has tutorials on this subject.

Here's a good animation and modeling tutorial.
Yes indeed i have read and used that tutorial before, its a good one, even though it is for CNCGenerals it works almost the same way for BFME!

well i tried to follow it as best i could but i got to the part of where i try and find the texture for the black gate and i cant seem to find it, anyone know how to find it?
Just wait a second and ill find it for you!
Here it is, I attached it to my post.
It's in a RAR file, so you will need WINRAR or something like that to extract it.
And BTW GMAX doesnt accept DDS files so you will need to convert them.
