is it said anywhere WHY ? coz, well any normal human living in Middlearth, would hate orcs that would sneak near his house and bugging him with knife day night

I'm pretty sure it has to do with the Orc-folk's habit of going out of their way to destroy and befoul life - trees, grass, etc.

The Rohan people are the descendants of the people of Halaith, who were very good friends of the drudain and lived with them. But that was in the first age.
