Good idea about Dragon emperor !
It's good about the Rhun faction because you can call it's lider as you want..... Give him name as you want....

PERFECT!!! Now we just need a Harad Prime Minister!!! I read several articles that say that there was a mounted Haradrim High King in the Battle of Pellenor Fields, and he was broken by Theoden after a long fight. Theoden says he felled the Black Serpent, and these events happened in the book. QQ: Who is this High King?
