It says in the readme I need the terrain editor, but i went to the terrain editor webpage and the download isn't working. Anybody wanna upload it, or know a place the download works?
Also, I have NPatch installed and would like to switch to RockPatch to try this mod out. Do i just install RockPatch over NPatch, and later if I want can I install NPatch over Rockpatch again, or is there something else I need to do?

By "terrain editor", I assume you mean the TX. That's not a terrain editor, it's a kind of sub-mod that adds some new terrain pieces to the game. There appears to be a problem with their website at the minute, and downloads aren't working there for some reason. Best thing would be to Google an alternate download location, or wait till the fix the problem.
And, to uninstall NPatch, you need the clean unpatched gamemd.exe that should have been created when you installed NPatch, I think it's called gamemd.1st or something like that. Just rename your current gamemd.exe to something else, and rename the old one back to "gamemd.exe". Also, if there's an NPatch.mix file or anything like that, rename it to something else. Then just install the RockPatch, the download link for the latest version of it should be on my website somewhere.

I'm not sure what the NPatch installer saves it as, all I know is the RockPatch one (which NPatch is built on) saved it as "gamemd.1st".
