WIll be in new version any upgrades for isengard? Because its weakest faction in WoLK, and in this mod IMHO unplayable.

we've done next-to-nothing to isengard (in comparison to the other factions) becuase i think the majority opinion is that it was the most complete of ea's factions.

cavalry? = tragic
range? = tragic (ahh yes of course they are better than gondor archers sory)
heroes? = saruman is gandalf parody, useful is imho just lurtz (grimo 2k? joke?)

Not really, that is all true.
But their infantry is better than anyone else's pretty much, and they can own the crap out of anyone with it. Cav does suck, but archers are decent, if a bit expensive. Uruks and pikes however....well, it's hard to get past them.

Even it was so long ago since I had seen that Lothlorien Fortress, but it's still Impressive to me.

Yep, everything we've shown in those threads. Also some more stuff that's been too small to show like improvements to balance. We've also moved the banner glows to rank 4+ hordes only, so that should cut down on lag and the unrealistic 'fireworks display' of fx.
