Hi guys, so the discussion is open.

Art Team meetings - level designers, 3d artists and concept artists:

Sunday evenings, 20:00 GMT

Technical Team meetings - programmers, shader artists

Saturday evenings, 20:00 GMT


Are these times convenient? If not, then post when these would be more possible. Regular meetings are essential to communication within the team, and should be attended as much as possible for the benefit of project progress.

I am GMT -6 - hopefully this won't cause a problem, but I'm not usually up till around noon on the weekends, so I'm just getting started on my emails and stuff when this chat occurs.

I should be able to make the tech meetings, with the exception of a few dates (because of holidays):

November 29
December 20
December 27

Other than those dates I should be around.

Sorry I missed. I was driving down from Knoxville to Atlanta during the meeting. I was expecting to be back in Atlanta on Saturday, but it didn't turn out that way.

I'm not going to be able to make tommorow's meeting; my brother's birthdays are tommorow. I'm alright with just getting an assignment, if that's fine; whether its character or environment based, doesn't matter to me

Ok guys!

There will be no meeting on the 28th of December, so you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the holidays. The next meeting will be at the usual time on the 4th of January instead.

Technical and art meetings will now both be on Sundays - one and the same meeting. This is convenient for me (I get an evening back), and seems to be better for you guys too. It should also give the technical guys some say in the art direction, seeing as our art is becoming increasingly technology driven.
