I think that you have a good change for being hosted, since you have a lot of stuff done for Arnor, as I can see. But a real staff member must decide.

Good luck!

You need to credit Celeglin because I see you used his models for some things.

Gil-Galad and Grey Haven spearmen look like his models. The stables also uses part of his stables mod which he specifically states in the installer readme that no-other mod can use without explicit permission.

Most of this is just adding unused models in, which has been done by many other mods before. What have you done that is fully original? Other than that, it is well presented.

Some of the things look like Morgoth´s work (WKK mod)

For example Argeleb´s shield or Arveleg (which was his Arvedui, I think)

I´m not sure whether it´s his or yours, I don´t want to incriminate you, so please show larger images of them and if it´s not yours add a credit list

That probably means Throne of Arnor took them from Celeglin instead. How... great.

The question of ownership is always an issue at revora. This is a creative community after all. So don't feel attacked if we ask you to make sure that nothing in your mod is uncredited or used without permission, especially if you plan to make the mod public. Also the question of hosting is not an issue. We have a certain minimum amount of work as a prerequisite for being hosted in an own subforum. So don't worry about that, once that minimum is reached you are sure to get hosted. :p

But you did use mods from T3A. Check the Elven Alliance, and you'll see that parts from your mod are taken from there. Yeah, you might have taken them from another mod (who stole them), but that doesn't mean you are allowed to use em.

Probably it´s not their fault

They have probably not had a close look on models/skins from mods from T3A

Please tell us what models came from that other mod, which probably stole them
Then the modders who made the art will decide if you may use them
(don´t worry, we´re a nice community, but the earlier you ask for permissions for stuff which is not yours - came from the other mod - the better for you :p )

What did you use as a base for the Arnor models? While they are not all identical, there are some that are extremely similar to RJ and TEA like mentioned above. There are some pieces that I'm nearly 100% confident had their origins in RJ.

If you did not use models from other mods you had to have done one of two things:

- hex edited the models to retain their mapping
- re-mapped all of the textures

or (most likely)

- used the models in RJ that have their textures and made adjustments

I'm not one to normally raise a red flag, but there is a big warning on this for me. I've given some people permission on some items, and I've let one or two things slide but......
