and tank general... for me its better for chinese even they develop the premier tank...

I almost agreed with you with the red guard conscripts. BUT.

Devastator's idea of infantry general going to China is befitting, because of the "war", the 2-child policy of China is now abolished to make more Chinese military conscripts.

Tank general to Russia? Hell yes comrade. You see, part of what you've said is you want somebody (particularly the Chinese) to develop the premier tank. Here's a good concept for you (even though not needed, but, you know, just a little something something I came up with while reading your post): The premier tank is the latest project of Premier (get it?) Romanov's best engineer, designed to [blah blah blah... (since I don't know what a premier tank does, really)].

i will consider the russian for tanks and the chinese for infantry...
the units that im adding is will be based on the storyline im making...

yeah.. I just thought of something... like, infantry general being Chinese makes more sense since, in addition to their weapons, they also know kung-fu, so like, they're faster, and stuff...
