Great work Elrond! I love the design of the fortress, it matchs perfectly with the Arnor stuff and especially the wall! 
Are battle towers and gates the only wall upgrades?

both are not finished, but yes, they be added
Arnor still needs some Structures, nearly all Units, all Heros and some changes to the Spellbook
Umbar still needs some Structures, one or two units, all Heros and a lot of Spellbook changes

Tier1:Heal,Rallying Call,Palantir Vision
Tier2:Hobbit Farmers(Increase resource gathering of selected buildings by +200%)
Numenor Stonework(Increase the defense of selcted buildings by +300%)
Summon Hobbit allies(Summons a group Hobbit archers)
Loyality(All Cardolan units recieve attack & defence bonus)
Tier3:Rivendell Host(Summons Forces of Rivendell)
Cloud Break,Heroes of Past(All heroes Recieve +100% dmg,+50% speed,+100% exp;passive)
Tier4:Lindon Host(Summons grand host of Lindon)
Glorious charge(All Arnor units are immune to all damage 15s)
