My Political Compass
Sieben Elefanten hatte Herr Dschin
Und da war dann noch der achte.
Sieben waren wild und der achte war zahm
Und der achte war's, der sie bewachte.

They really messed up the first to matches, and even if this one is decent, they need to play really well in order to even stay in

This is so typically Dutch. Everybody whines and nags and talks as if they're all on food stamps, then spends half their paycheck on shit they don't need and will throw away a month later.

Really though, this tournament has really brought out the one thing I hate the most in Dutch culture: everybody has been whining about the economic depression and how they can't buy as much as they used to, but then statistics say that this year there has been a 30% increase in money spent on football-related nonsense compared to the world cup a few years ago. Orange flags, banners, stuffed animals, t-shirts, beer dispensers, beer, orange cakes, orange food, orange everything. And indeed, when I look around, the craze does seem to rage twice as hard as usual.

Oh god the Dutch are turning into Americans. At least it's only half their paycheck.

True that, the Dutch are also known as one of the most stingy people in the world, but that makes them also one of the richest countries.

Well, the Dutch are, together with the Western part of Germany, the country which is the most influenced by the Americans in Europe. The other European countries are not very pro-american though.
