I don't think the handles should be customizable, though. It seems kinda complex and won't make a lot of difference in-game.
Greetings, community.

I suggest just doing the basic things like single blade, 2 sided, and one in each hand :p Then just let you be able to colorize it ;) :p Thats what i would do ;) :p
Though that would take away 1 of the 3 colors ;) I suggest you make color 3 be the one for the lightsaber, its not affected by color 1 or 2 (2 is kinda affected by 1) :p Its a complex system :p
Doing handles which are different is a waste of time :p Maybe one "Bended" or whatever, but i really dont think you should spend alot of time on that ;)

For the handles, just put in the handles of famous characters, like Anakin's, Obi-Wan's, Asajj's, whatever.

I don't want to get all canon on all of you... but keep in mind that there are no Wookie jedis... Lucas has personally confirmed that after Kotor.

Provide the quote.... :p

Anyways, I think the person meant just ordinary Wookiees, not any Wookiee Jedi.

Well from my point of view, the CAH is where we'll allow things to get a bit mental, I mean even if we don't do customisable jedi to the standard of options that have all ready been done, then we will provide models of various different races that can be used in game, either as melee or ranged units. I've been thinking of even going into the Expanded Universe in terms of CAH powers etc and even characters mainly because it'll allow Annullus to do his worst :p, the main thing is to provide choice and variety. And because CAH is so open then we can provide characters and stuff outside of the typical Star Wars canon to have a place in the mod. Typically speaking anyone who is completely into the whole canon aspect of the Clone Wars era can then opt to not have a CAH hero or indeed opt for one of the Clone Wars era heroes that we will be putting in.

Is this really canon?
I remember his droid being mentioned in the "star wars fact files" (which some people don't see as officially canon)
But remember that there's so much in the expanded universe that it's being axed down a bit and things are being discarded as non canon (hence Lucas's comment on wookie jedi) and since not every book, game or animated series is available everywhere, I don't think it's wise to add things that are as controversial.
I don't mind wookie jedi, but I doubt it is canon.
And remember that although it is mentioned in books, comics and on wookiepedia, doesn't mean it's officially canon.

So perhaps you could stick to common knowledge about star wars during the production of this mod (like the 130s saberclass/ift-x being the main republic fighter tank during the clone wars)

Which brings us to the Yhuzaan Vong... in how far are they to be called canon, I only read about them in the star wars fact file and on the net, but so far I haven't been able to find any medium in which they are mentioned, not a book nor a comic... so....
