That's not the right attitude...

You'll have to try your best no matter what...
Your best way to do things is to not expect help, but accept it if given, but not expect it.. There are not many, if any at all, willing to join your mod if you haven't done anything yourself Promises to do your best after people join isn't very appealing... So please start the mod yourself, and mod the mod yourself.. who knows, maybe someone will see the potential and awesomeness of the mod later and join?

However, as your mod seems to be very big, with a gazillion factions and all, I'll leave it at this;

LT, I will help you learn anything you need know about modding. (as long as I know it ) I will teach you things that will help you to start working on your mod and potentially make some progress.

However, you have to agree to make this YOUR project. You cannot expect people to do it for you, even if you're there for support.

For example, do you sit and watch someone else do your homework? No. Even if you don't know how to do it.

Just give me a holler on MSN (vileartist99@yahoo.com) And I'll set you on your way to making this mod.

You can't go further without help,my advice just read some tutorials around here atleast about basic coding.

and most of modders people here busy with their own work..so don't expect that they are free to help you.

Trial and error my friend, trial and error

Means, test it yourself.. Nobody will take your ini to check if there's any flaws with it, because you haven't even tested if it works..
You have to test if it works in the game, and if it doesn't then you may ask for someone to see if it's broken... (but preferably, check yourself to see any errors..)

If you already know there's a problem with your INI, try asking for help in the BFME Section with a description of the problem and what went wrong.

If you want to see if it works, try it yourself. That's all I can tell you.
