So I watch America's Got Talent because I require a soul transplant. And I like gambling. But every year, the music people that go through to the further rounds are typically generic and stoopid. But this year (just last week actually), one man (Ray Jessel) actually wrote a song so amazing... I brought it here!
You can skip ahead to 2:00 to get to the song if you don't want to watch an old guy rambling.

Unlike a lot of people apparently I actually liked their St Anger stuff, I love my music raw sometimes.

That's a far better mix than the original, Rad. The music writing on the album is incredible, but the mixing is abysmal.

I've long since had enough of X-Factor and all the other singing talent shows, but I actually enjoy Got Talent because it's more diverse and has some nice surprises from time to time.

I like to say the same, but America's Got Talent in particular just keeps getting worse. The talent this year in particular sucks. Ray Jessel may be my top pick, with a few magicians as my close 2nd. Ain't that a shocking twist... a guy who sung about a woman with a penis is beating everyone else in this competition for me.

It almost makes me excited for Space Jam 2. But then I remember it's 2014, and that's where good movies go and die in a corner.
The Yogscast has had that awful diggy diggy hole reference going for it for years. There have been songs made for it, and they weren't all that great. Well... let's not lie... they were awful. Maybe funny at times. But at last, they actually made a really great song out of it, with some good animation:

It's not really a piece of music, but I really like the mix of music samples, ambient sounds and effects in this trailer.
