I tought a lot about a Rhún/Harad spelltree, because I believe that's still missing from the whole picture. So here's what I came up with, it wasn't easy (I even draw a rough sketch in paint  )

Level 1

Pillage: give target unit in moderate area pillage ability for 1-2 minutes
War horn: give 100% attack bonus to units in small area
Desert wind: -30%/+30% movement speed on enemy/own units in moderate area

Level 2

Riches from Mordor: +10000 resources instantly
Searing: (like tainted land)+50% attack +50 defense bonus in moderate area
Enslaving: (permanent) 25% of defeated enemy units becomes slaves and being sold (=turns into resource)
Half-trolls of Far-Harad: summon 3 battallion of strong units (like moria half-trolls but dark skinned)

Level 3

The Blue Istaris: Summon Allathar & Pallando (haven't thought about their powers yet)
Sandstorm: (whole map) All enemy units slowed by 75% and enemy vision range halved
Help from Umbar: 6 battallion of Corsairs on land or 3 battleships on water

Level 4

Stampede: 7-8 Mumak tramples the target surface in large area, kills every units, heroes health halved
Drought: All enemy production (resource AND units too) stopped for 1-2 minutes

Hope I helped with my ideas. I'd like to see other members ideas too, maybe togather we can come up with something great, that really helps the team :crazed:

Drought, is too weak for that level of power. A hug Sandstorm (like Galadriels, but with sand colors) will be there...
Wyrm will be in lvl3.
Scorching sun (like sunflare) will blind and burn enemies at lvl3.
War Horn idea will be an "elven wood" but with desert land (sand, stone, cactus, etc), with apropriate name.

I like most of it though =)

lol this is from my 4.8 suggestion thread that is probably too long for most ppl to read in one sitting:

Powers: (Themes: Corruption, Desert)

5-Corruption (same as blight, slows down enemy production building)
5-Desert Wind (bunches units together, they lose their vision)
5-Stirred Hatred (rallying call, emphasis on damage)
-----
12-Summon Rhunnic Tribesmen (small horde of "grim bearded Easterlings with axes)
10-Coerce (smaller radius than isengard and mordor)
10-Bountiful Oasis (industry)
12-Quicksand Bog (slows selected enemies down)
-----
15-Awaken Wyrm (in the hobbit it said there were "were-worms" in the eastern desert)
17-Sinkhole
16-Heatwave (small sunflare)
-----
29-Mumak Rampage (4 or 5 enter the map and just run wild)
28-Sandstorm

Perhaps a "Summon Sarlacc" using the Watcher reskinned?

Anyway, I really like the reviewed list!

I think we'll have a good spell book for them, using many of these ideas, as they're pretty close to my envisions too =)

I actually have an idea for a powers-tree that can be used:

(cannot load image without making it a download :p )

Let me explain the idea for each one:

Sight-by-stone: Reveals a large area of the map.
Heal: Heals allies and replaces one dead man per battalion
Scorched Land: Cooks a tainted-land-sized area of land into desert, boosting troops' armor and damage by 50%

Arrow Volley: Fires arrows straight down on targeted location
Scorpion Allies: Summons Large Scorpions to the field
Rhunic Riches: Targeted Harad Farms and Rhun Windmills resource output is permanently increased to 300%
Variag Mercenary Allies: Summons a small host of Khandian heraldry-less mercenaries

Awaken Wyrm: Awakens a giant were-worm from the Far East
Sunburn: A beam of sun scorches targeted enemies.
Summon Nazguls: Summons Witch-King and the other Nazguls able to be on foot or on fellbeast

Summon Mumakils: Summons a trio of War Mumaks without howdahs
Sandstorm: A sand-flood as well as a sand-tornado occurs.

Now technically this is a power tree that is based on many others' ideas, including Nazgul's (which I put in all three of).
