The old Tool had a memory leak, which caused it to crash for big apts occasionally (happened only for palantir.apt). I'll update the tool soon to add some features and fix a bug Gwanw told me about

Ah yes, I did see that there was a lot of broken references in the old Palantir file I was working with, oddly it didn't seem to break it before. But anyways I have the palantir working well now for skirmish.

I do have a question though, I was sifting through and I saw this long line of Reference IDs, I wonder if I can use this to hunt down the movie clip portion of the palantir.

Spoiler

I highlighted a few that intrigue me, I was wondering if I could scour the xml and find the reference IDs pertaining to any of those strings and adjust the rotm of them. Perhaps that could help me find and eliminate the stretched Palantir movies?

Damnit it appears I cannot underline/bold items in a code block. The ones I was referring to are;

<constant id="27" string="attachMovie" />

<constant id="198" string="SetMovieButtonState( " />
<constant id="199" string="MovieButton" />

This long line of id's are entries of the .const file, which are referenced by the constantpool.
The constants you mention in your post should probably not be changed since they have nothing to do with the ratio of the palantir (at least it doesn't appear to me like this).

Okay good to know. I guess I just need to keep hunting for the right lines to change.

I updated my Apt-Editor to also show the body of a definefunction. Furthermore i made some improvements to XML parsing/writing.

Here is an example how the MainMenu.xml would look: http://pastebin.com/X6LgxWzV

You can download both the executable and the sourecode here:

With best regards

You can try this one, I am not sure if it edits const though.

Hi thanks for the link, but in this APT Editor version the ScoreScreen xml is converted wrong to the apt(even when no changes are made) so i thought maybe someone has the last version of this editor
