Hmmm... with khamulrulz's tech trees in the Rhun-Harad split thread being perfection, I see that with Tolkien stating that "Cults were started in the East", I have a unit idea:
Easterling Cult Master. He can use Summon Scorpions and he can cast Water, Fire, Sand, and use Corpse Rain. Like the ones I plan to have in Man Versus Man, he could
also look like this (the one in the middle):
