Huhnu Alert 3 is an overhaul mod for Red Alert 3 that adds many new features. These features include ore fields, many new building upgrades, all uprising units(including the Chief Scientist for the Soviets), 1 Epic Unit per faction, revamped protocol trees(in this mods case they should be referred to as upgrade trees, because that is what they are now), a different way to gain superweapons(again, more upgrades), new tech buildings, new ore field maps, more crates(they are also innate now, as I needed the checkbox for ore fields), balances more, a new Tier 4 technology system, tries to make units more valuable(without adding a population limit), enhances the buffs given when gaining Veteran and Elite rank, adds a Major level for units(comes after heroic), also adds another level rank after that called General that gives a unit innate stealth(in future builds, the stealth will be Allied specific, while the other factions gain their own specific general rank ability), changes the start money values, adds new maps(with bibbers upheavel source and my own maps used for ore fields), and has new main menu graphics.
The mod is singularly led by Huhnu(the guy posting this news) who is learning how to model and skin(I have successfully exported models, and am looking to make my own custom units soon) but knows how to code pretty well.

Balance/Suggestions Forum if there are any requested. I will soon be posting a nice sized changelog complete with every change(every detail!) I've made in Red Alert 3.
