Huhnu Alert 3 is an overhaul mod for Red Alert 3 that adds many new features. These features include ore fields, many new building upgrades, all uprising units(including the Chief Scientist for the Soviets), 1 Epic Unit per faction, revamped protocol trees(in this mods case they should be referred to as upgrade trees, because that is what they are now), a different way to gain superweapons(again, more upgrades), new tech buildings, new ore field maps, more crates(they are also innate now, as I needed the checkbox for ore fields), balances more, a new Tier 4 technology system, tries to make units more valuable(without adding a population limit), enhances the buffs given when gaining Veteran and Elite rank, adds a Major level for units(comes after heroic), also adds another level rank after that called General that gives a unit innate stealth(in future builds, the stealth will be Allied specific, while the other factions gain their own specific general rank ability), changes the start money values, adds new maps(with bibbers upheavel source and my own maps used for ore fields), and has new main menu graphics.

The mod is singularly led by Huhnu(the guy posting this news) who is learning how to model and skin(I have successfully exported models, and am looking to make my own custom units soon) but knows how to code pretty well.

Suggestions and balance suggestions should be made in the Balance/Suggestions Forum if there are any requested. I will soon be posting a nice sized changelog complete with every change(every detail!) I've made in Red Alert 3.

*couple ra2 units
*button for disable superweapons & support powers
*tesla tank?

Before I say anymore: Huhnu Alert 3 is not a Red Alert 2/Yuri's Revenge redux mod. Anythings that are shared in between it and my mod are only coincidences. Except ore fields, those were because I like them better than ore nodes.

I need the only available checkbox the game has unless you are willing to download a mod that will probably be over a gigabyte. As the mod already has 772 megabytes at the current moment in its built state.

And yes, the tesla tank is added. It is the Soviet Epic Unit(not epic in its current state I know, but that is what modding is for, no?).

No, the April Fools mammoth is an abomination from BFME2. It does not even include of its animations and is really buggy anyways. I prefer the campaign Tesla Tank because it is pretty strong on its own.

The Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth 2

It is a pretty fun game, but the Mumakil(or april fools mammoth) version ported into RA3 was terrible.

now, I hate to say it like this.... but so far it seems like just about nothing significant has changed in your mod. Why post a news announcement because you changed the title screen and made a tesla coil with bushes around it?

There is such a thing as a changelog. And a lot has been changed to the point where it easily took me 2 days to write the first one up, and I'm in progress of writing the second, modeling an ore drill, and helping on two other RA3 mods(Paradox and Shock Therapy).

I'm still not quite interested in your lil patch, what is the point? your ore looks like grass, your buildings are on low quality, there is not much to change so why even make your own mod when you are doing what others have alrdy done?

If you are so uninterested in the mod, why do you keep posting here?

I'm not trying to be rude, but your little pursuit to stop my mod will never prevail. This mod is larger than you think and is well over 700 mbs.

Oh and to counter that "your buildings are on low quality" I have an aging computer(3 years old, and I've never once upgraded my video card as my PSU cannot handle newer card Watt requirements) and am only 14, and I cannot have a job at my age(not legal where I live) so I have no income source with which to purchase an upgrade for my current computer, or purchase a new computer all together.
